Deploy are currently supporting local authority and major contractors in achieving their section 106 commitments through our social impact model for Local Labour Engagement.
Working in most of the London boroughs, we have supported over 150 people into work in 2014, we work closely with local authorities, job centre plus, local colleges and 3rd sector support organisations such as Maze8, CYT, Probation Trust and The Princes Trust, we act as the final link for job ready candidates looking to gain employment on site.
Supporting clients such as Barratt London, MACE, Kier, Carillion, Galliard Homes, United House, Laing O Rourke, St James, John Sisk, and developers such as Argent, Land Securities and Crown Estates, we have experience of delivering on major projects as well as working with their supply chain in supporting their resource needs.
