Paul Smith brings over a decade of experience to Deploy as the Managing Director. With a proven track record in the Infrastructure and Technology markets, Paul has been instrumental in steering DRG towards excellence since November 2022.

Prior to his role as Managing Director, Paul served as a Director at Deploy UK Rail, a specialist blue & white collar supplier to the Rail & LUL in Power, Signalling, Electrification, Telecoms, and Civils. During his nine-year tenure, Paul demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen, playing a pivotal role in establishing Deploy UK Rail as a trusted provider in the industry.
