Rob has been in recruitment compliance since 2001 and worked his way up from temp to Associate Director without ever having had a job interview. 

He now oversees all aspects of operations, from safety and health to compliance and quality management, across the full range of industries we serve.

Combining practical competence with over 20 years of knowledge, he’s adaptive to industry peculiarities and an expert at ensuring modern technology and techniques are put to best use all the time, driving innovative solutions to benefit our clients and candidates.
