Job Description

We’re seeking a Dewatering Area Manager to lead dewatering operations in the Southeastern U.S. This leadership role focuses on business growth, project delivery, and team development while ensuring safety, quality, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts and oversee proposal preparation for dewatering services.

  • Manage and support project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Build strong client relationships and develop market presence.

  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met across all projects.

  • Identify and manage risk in line with company policies.

  • Coach and develop direct reports to enhance team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in geotechnical construction or dewatering.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and risk management abilities.


    Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $160,000–$220,000 (depending on experience and location)
