With ambitious plans to further grow their multi-utilities offering in London and the South, they are looking forward to appointing a Business Development Manager with a strong track record of successful endeavours in the new connections / multi-utility market.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business leads and opportunities, developing a strong pipeline of future works and converting these into sales
- Provide outstanding account management to existing customers
- Maximise sales opportunities in London and the South
- Liaise closely with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
- Work with colleagues, such as the Area Sales Manager, Business Development Coordinators and Sales Engineers, to deliver high quality quotes to agreed timescales
- Keep updated with industry trends and competitor activity
- Arrange meetings with customers, create proposals and sales literature, give presentations and represent company at industry events and exhibitions
Experience:
- Demonstrable track record of success as a Business Development Manager in the new connections / ICP / multi-utilities area
- Strong account management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional IT skills
- Driving licence
