Estimator - Geotechnical Construction

We’re working with a leading geotechnical construction company seeking an experienced Estimator to join their Texas team. The company specializes in ground improvement solutions, including aggregate piers and rigid inclusions, and is known for tackling complex construction challenges with innovation and precision.

About the Role

As an Estimator, you’ll analyze project plans, develop accurate cost estimates, and prepare competitive bids. You’ll work closely with suppliers and subcontractors, evaluate risks, and help ensure the company delivers high-quality, cost-effective solutions to clients.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of estimating experience in geotechnical construction, ideally with aggregate piers and rigid inclusions.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
