About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting geotechnical construction projects from start to finish. This includes assisting with planning, design, and execution while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You’ll work closely with project managers and field teams to deliver successful outcomes on a range of ground improvement and foundation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing geotechnical construction projects, including drilled shafts, ground improvement, and foundation systems.

• Prepare project documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and calculations.

• Collaborate with field personnel to ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained.

• Conduct site visits to support project coordination and progress tracking.

• Analyze project data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.

• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in geotechnical construction or civil engineering.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with geotechnical construction techniques, design principles, and construction methodologies.

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant project management tools.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
