Our client, a leader in the geotechnical and foundation construction industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Dallas-based team. This role involves managing complex geotechnical foundation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and client relations. You'll lead project teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee geotechnical foundation projects from start to finish
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Lead teams and coordinate with subcontractors
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in geotechnical or foundation construction
- Strong knowledge of foundation systems (e.g., drilled shafts, micropiles)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
