About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of ground engineering projects. This includes coordinating with clients, managing project teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll also be involved in cost estimation, risk management, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, field personnel, and subcontractors.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

• Oversee safety and quality compliance on all project sites.

• Identify and resolve project challenges efficiently and proactively.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in geotechnical or heavy civil construction.

• Solid understanding of ground improvement techniques and deep foundation systems.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
