Deploy are looking for Pway / track gangs for a long-term contracts across Wessex / Kent / Sussex. A minimum of 40 hours per week will be on offer  Typically, we are looking for teams of 6 consisting of (X 1 Ganger / X 1 COSS / X 4 PTS Trackman). Ideally, we are looking for teams that have experience working together including cutting & removal of track panels, lift & kango packing, ballast work etc. Operatives must be able to use the shovel.  Gangs should be track inducted as well as holding all standard Pway small tools tickets.  We would look to Primary sponsor all staff eventually and provide van / fuel card / tools.
