This is an opportunity for a highly experienced geotechnical professional to step into a senior leadership role—balancing hands-on technical expertise with high-level project and team management. As a Senior Engineer / Manager , you’ll oversee large-scale, high-impact projects from concept through completion, mentor engineering teams, and play a key role in strategic planning and client relationship management. What You’ll Be Doing
- Technical & Strategic Leadership – Provide engineering oversight for geotechnical construction projects, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with client needs.
- Project Oversight – Lead planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification.
- Resource Management – Direct personnel, equipment, and material allocations for maximum efficiency.
- Client Engagement – Act as the primary point of contact, building trust and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk & Quality Control – Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Team Development – Mentor and guide project engineers and junior staff to foster technical growth and leadership skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 10–15 years of geotechnical construction or deep foundations experience
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license – required

Proven track record managing complex projects from design through delivery

Competitive salary: $120,000 – $150,000+ depending on experience and qualifications
