Job Description: Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of large-scale, high-impact construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves strategic oversight and leadership of cross-functional teams, efficient resource management, and maintaining the company's dedication to excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities include:- Strategic Project Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Leadership in Resource Management: Overseeing the allocation and management of personnel, equipment, and materials for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Client Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing regular project updates.

Salary ranges vary depending on location, experience, and expertise, typically between $100,000 and $140,000. Candidates with direct experience in the company’s specific areas of construction may qualify for higher compensation.
