Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site project supervision, including field labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production
• Study construction plans and specifications
• Develop skilled craft workers and laborers
• Procure tools and materials
• Collaborate with all levels of staff to resolve issues and improve methods
• Prepare detailed progress reports and inspect work
• Frequent travel required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the Geotechnical Construction Industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Safety-oriented mindset
